Executive Chef Dallamore has a passion for hospitality through his love of creating upscale culinary offerings for Manse guests.
He brings a wealth of experience in fine dining and breakfast fare as well as exceptional interest and knowledge of viticulture and mixology.
Chef Dallamore prepares his menus like you are his personal guest, embracing the bounty of Prince Edward County with ingredients sourced from local farmers and ranchers. With a terroir to table philosophy, Chef draws inspiration from the region to create memorable dishes.
Breakfasts are included in overnight stays for all guests.
Breakfast is served in our dining room, however seasonal outdoor dining on the deck or pondside by the waterfall grotto is especially lovely and offered whenever possible.
This menu features all-day snack offerings from Chef and can be enjoyed anywhere on the property.
On select evenings, Chef creates dishes with an elevated comfort cooking style where guests can be guaranteed to try something new and exciting. Using a prix fixe setup, Chef creates menus with 3 to 7 courses. Registered guests receive an email approximately two weeks before their arrival with offers for evening dining when available.....be sure to sign up!
